Carrollton, Kentucky Our tournament water begins at the confluence of the Ohio & Kentucky Rivers at Carrollton, Kentucky's Point Park. You can travel down river, stopping along the way to fish the many creeks and tributaries. A visit up The Little Kentucky River will result in a limit of exceptional small mouth. If you prefer to go upstream through Markland Locks & Dam you stumble on some fine Kentucky Spots as well as Large Mouth in the warm, shallow waters of Craig's Creek, Sugar Bay, Turtle Bay & Paint Lick.
